Shipping
Currently selling only in the U.S. 50 states. We do not accept credit cards from out of the U.S. 50 states or ship out of the U.S. 50 states.
Normal ground delivery ($9.49 flat fee)only for the US 48 is 1-7 UPS working days depending on your location and where the the product ships from. Do not inclued Saturday and Sunday as travel time. Delivery time is based on business days only. You may choose to upgrade to ups air shipment at the rates indicated when you enter that option on your order. Charges will be based by UPS for shipping from our main wharehouse location. We can and reserve the right to change method of shipment or carrier as long as you get the package in the time that you paid for. In the event that the package is late, we will refund the amount of the difference between the air and the $9.49 ground charge as soon as we settle a claim with the carrier.
For shipments to HI and AK; if you do not choose the option of 2nd day or next day air we will ship your order via priority mail and charge your card for the full shipping chargers. Cut off time for same day air shipments is 12:oo central time, and is subject to product availability. You will be notified of delays. UPS does not consider holidays or weekends as travel time. To get an estimate of delivery time you can go to ups.com and enter our zip code as 76531 and the destination zip code to get estimate of delivery time.
Returns and Cancellations
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you find the need to return an item, you can do so at the address listed above.
Our prices are at wholesale levels so we do have some fees we must recover in order to keep our prices low to all who wish to buy from our online store. All returns must be in their original condition and must be back into our office no later than 25 days after their purchase. We cannot except product back that has been exposed to tobacco smoke. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return. We do not return our actual freight cost to ship the product to you and there will be a 15% restocking fee with a minimum of $7.00. The refund can only be made to the original credit card used for the purchase. There is a 7% charge with a minimum of $7.00 that will be deducted on credits for orders cancelled by the customer after credit card charges have been processed for that order to cover cost of processing. Items refused or not accepted will be treated as a return and a cacellation with a 20% deduction and no return of actual freight cost. Sizes stated are approximate and colors listed may vary in shade from those shown or described or sent as samples. Paper color is subject to different color runs at the paper mill.
Our policy on product shipment errors or damage is to reship the correct product at the same ups rate as the customer requested on the original order. We must be notified of product error or damage no later than 5 days of its arrival. Upgrades will be at the customers cost. If there is a delay by UPS, we can only refund charges after a UPS claim by our shipping department has been cleared. There are no refunds due to weather or disaster delays.In the case of wrong address provided by the customer for delivery there are no refunds on any freight charges and we reserve the right to charge any cost incurred to make the address correction to the customer's charge card used on the original order.
